The tile is pre-sprayed and given a dwell time of 10 minutes. This dissolves dirt and grime. Next, the floor is pressure cleaned @ 1200 P.S.I. & at the same time vacuumed away. There is no splashing, so your furnishings are safe from damage. THE RESULTS ARE AMAZING!
